CAP Vanilla Custard V2

This soft and creamy custard is the additive/diktone free version. In our opinion it’s not quite as nice as Vanilla Custard (V1), and is best used in smaller quantities. Whilst there’s been no scientific evidence to suggest that Diacetyl inLiquid is a cause for concern, companies such as Capella have gone to great lengths to provide alternative flavours such as this, for those who wish to be extra careful. Remember, taste is subjective. We recommend using CAP Vanilla Custard (V2) in recipes at approximately 3%, and for single flavour recipes at 10%.
